All the prices indicated on our website include transport costs to the customer’s address and taxes.
All orders placed from the Canary Islands and Andorra share the same amount, encompassing both internal and external transportation costs, along with the corresponding IGIC.
Shipments to remote areas: A surcharge is applied to cover additional transport costs in special zones.
The delivery of the stove will be made exclusively to the street level.
Because of the weight and the volume of the product, the following particularities must be considered. The address must be accessible to the delivery transport method used, which is usually a 3-axle truck. There will not be deliveries to pedestrian areas or locations that are difficult to access.
The Delivery Surcharges for those deliveries to specific regions with unique challenges or limited accessibility shall be borne by the customer, prior presentation of a quote made by the transport company.
It is recommended that to the customer the use of a wheelbarrow when the delivery of the product is going to take place to facilitate the transport to their house. We also suggest the presence of two people to receive the goods.
Package must be opened the moment the product is delivered, in the presence of the carrier, to check there has not been damages during transport and paying special attention to glasses. If the product has been damaged during transport, customer can refuse the delivery or note the damages in the delivery form and send an email to online@panadero.com. The claim will be answered within 48 hours sending a free glass replacement to the address specified by the customer
Delivery time may depend on the shipping destination. The delivery estimated time will appear in the order confirmation except Balearic Island, Canary Islands and remote areas where the delivery time may be longer.

All Panadero EcoDesign stoves have a 5 year warranty valid from the moment of purchase, which covers any manufacturing defect. In the case of Panadero Tradition models, the warranty is 2 years. This warranty does not cover components that are in direct contact with fire such as glass, fiberglass, vermiculite and grill.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card, Paypal, bank transfer and interest-free instalments to the end customer.
For payments made by credit/debit card, the charge will be executed at the moment of confirmation of the order and once it has been verified, that the data provided is correct. Confirmed the transaction, the order and tracking number will be communicated through the website itself. You will receive a detailed description of the order and of the personal data that have been used by email.
Payment can also be made via Paypal using your existing account or by creating a new one for free at www.paypal.com.-
Installation
The installation of all our stoves must be done by a professional.
Shipments are made by different transport agencies depending on the destination and within the deadlines indicated during the processing of your order. Due to the large amounts of the shipments, the transport company will contact you in advance to detail the time of delivery.
It is important, that you inspect the merchandise received at the time of delivery. If clear defects are appreciated, without the need to handle the shipping packages or those of the product, caused by transport, or if you notice any other damage, it must be stated on the delivery note and communicated to online@panadero.com or to the customer service phone number in your country.
The deadline for communicating the return of the goods is 30 days from their reception and it must be advised to: online@panadero.com.
In the case of a manufacturing defect: Panadero.com will cover the costs of collection and shipping incurred in the return of the product. The customer must notify the defect within the designated return period and follow the return process.
Right of revocation: In those instances where the customer wishes to return the product due to reasons beyond the company’s control and within the revocation period, Panadero.com will also be responsible for the collection and shipping costs.
To initiate the return process, the customer must ensure that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, adhering to the return procedure set by the company.
The customer is also expected to comply with the responsibility to be present at the pre-arranged appointment with the carrier to facilitate the collection of the product. In the event that the customer does not show up at the scheduled pick-up time, transportation charges will apply.
Please note, that these conditions apply only if the product is within the established return deadlines and fulfills the specified condition and packaging requirements.
Once the product is received and verified at our facilities, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the customer.

In the event that the reason for the return is because the product has a manufacturing defect, panadero.com will assume the shipping costs incurred by the return. The client will be responsible for the packing of the piece.
